To control the filter cleaning on a baghouse, AirCare offers a complete range from simple Timer Controllers to our "Ultimate DP" NF-8HD Controller.
NF-8HD Controller:
The NF - 8 HD is the Ultimate DP Controller compared to competitive offerings. The controller will start the cleaning cycle based on a time interval or the pressure differential (pressure drop across the filter media). For batch process production where collected dust and or fumes enter the production at specific times, the Delta-P mode will significantly reduce compressed air usage for the cleaning process.
