If a current system is operating inefficiently or needs to be reengineered to service new equipment, our engineers will assist in reworking, expanding and optimizing an installed system. With over 30 years of experience providing dust collection systems, Dantherm Filtration has developed specific products and design techniquees to allow our customers to meet unique and challenging issues when modifying an installed system. For example, our "On Demand" Control Tecnology (SmartFlow), will allow an existing system service additional capacity by installing automated gates and a control system to match the dust collection capacity to the operating requirement. Therefore, an existing dust collection system can service a larger total requirement because only of a portion of the requirement is used concurrently. The primary goals of this type of project is to reduce the overall cost of ownership by miniminizing capital costs, lowering energy consumption, eliminating maintenance and safety issues.

Our process for peak performance is:

Step I Survey - Our AirCare technician will perform an onsite survey to establish the current performance and future requirements of the system. Based on a pre-interview, this survey may include measuring systems parameters, interview of operation, maintenance and engineering staff, obtaining a sample of containments and consultation with the utility provider and other local authorities. On completion of the survey, a written report is submitted to the customer for review and comments.

Step II Analysis - Based on the current and future requirements, our engineers model the system and present the options that best meet your objectives. As part of this process, we assist our customers in locating any available rebates for installing energy saving technology and compliance requirements. At the end of this process, we present our recommendations with clear expectations of the project results.

Step III Solution - We design, manufacture and install the proposed retrofits and if required new equipment. Furthermore, we commission the system and train users to operate and maintain the system. With this extra knowledge they will have a greater comfort level using and maintaining the system.

Step IV Follow Through - We will propose at minimum an annual review of the system performance either by an onsite inspection or by electronic methods. This program provides a history to continue to monitor and maintain the system to ensure it is operating to the design specification.

Of course, we will cater a solution and inspection program to fit your specific needs and capabilites. If you only require partial assistance with the process, then we can partner with you in efficient and trusting manner to meet the objective.
