Not all applications are alike and many system factors change over time so AirCare will consult with you to determine what is most cost effective and efficient media option. We consider the dust characteristics, dust load, and emission requirements to select a from a full range of media types including wet laid, needle felt, spun bond, and other non-wovens.

| CA075 | CA075 is a high efficiency 100% cellulose paper. Proprietary resin formulation provides excellent moisture resistance. |
| CA100 | CA-100 is a high-strength, 100% synthetic spunbonded media with excellent durability, particulate release and moisture resistance. Highly efficient, all synthetic media. Superior strength and maximum dust release. |
| CA105 | CA-105 is a high permeability, 100% synthetic spun-bonded media with excellent moisture resistance particulate release and high strength. |
| CA140 | CA-140 is a fine denier, spun bond polyester, renewable media, which combines high efficiency, moisture resistance, and excellent release characteristic with an aluminized anti-static surface. Meets NFPA 77 regulations. |
| CA1XX | CA1XX is a Needled Felt media. Excellent strength for high grain loading applications and can operate in wide temperature ranges and chemical resistance applications. |
| CA175 | CA175 is a high efficiency premium cellulose/polyester media with excellent resistance to moisture plus fire retardant treatment. |
| CA178 | CA-178 provides excellent efficiency, permeability, dust holding capacity. Certified to meet UL94 and NFPA701 Fire Retardant Requirements. |
| CA190 | CA190 is a fine enier, spun bond polyester, renewable media, which combines high efficiency, excellent dust release characteristic with an enhanced surface treatment that repels water and oil (hydro and oleophobic). This media is ideal for applications with light moisture or oil contaminants. |
| CA198 | CA198 is high efficiency PTFE membrane laminated to our Spun Bond media, producing a filter with extraordinary dust release characteristics and efficiencies on fine particles. This media is an excellent choice for challenging applications. |

| XT-3 | Woven Knit Pile Loop Polyester Material, best for fibrous waist, extremely durable and with patented grounding strip for anti-static applications. |
| NF100 | Polyester Needle Felt (NF) Material with singed dust collection surface. Durable media with excellent strength for high grain loading applications. |
| NF140 | Polyester NF Material with fibers of stainless steel. Used for antistatic properties on applications similar to NF100. |
| NF141 | Polyester NF Material with fibers of stainless steel and one side calendared. Used for antistatic properties and where moisture is present. |
| NF110 | Polypropylene NF Material with one side calendared. Used for applications where chemically resistance is required. |
| NF200 | Polyphenyl Sulphide NF Material with one side singed. Used for applications where chemically resistance and a low emission rate are required. |
The material may have a glazed dust collection surface. This improves the dust release properties for use with "difficult" dust materials. This is shown here as seen, and magnified. The basic material is polyester needle felt with a single dust collection surface. However, many other base materials are available to suit particular applications.  |
