Installation and Commissioning
AirCare Service offers a complete range of onsite services including mechanical installation and commissioning of a dust collection system. During this critical phase on a project, our technicians will work closely with the customer and designers to ensure the system is installed to meet the agreed upon time schedule and is installed to the original design specifications.During the installation phase of the project, our technicians will start up and commission the pneumatic and fire and explosion safety systems, as well as train the designated personnel on the operation and maintenance of the system. This training process is critical so that the operators will feel comfortable with the system. In the unlikely event of a malfunction, the operators will be able to diagnose the problem and quickly advise Dantherm on the pertinent information, or even perform maintenance themselves so as to reduce any associated downtime.
