Single Machine System

The single machine system includes:

Control Box One
Automatic Blast Gate
Sensor

This system opens the Autogate located on workstation hood when the machine is turned on and closes the Autogate when machine is turned off.

Install on seldom used workstations to stretch the capacity of an existing collection system
Cost effective method to disconnect machines from vacuum system for daily maintenance purposes
One Controller can be connected to machine "ON" signal in three different methods

For a small number of workstations, a series of these assemblies can be used in conjunction with a Pressure sensor and a VFD to modulate system air volume and reduce system energy consumption.
